We are excited to introduce Pilates Reformer at The Fitness Room! We are passionate about the benefits the reformer adds to a workout regimen. It targets multiple muscle groups at once, enhancing overall effectiveness. Reformer Pilates highlights the importance of controlled, fluid movements that foster flexibility and strength. We love the lengthening of muscles and emphasis of proper alignment. 

Your core, shoulders, back, glutes, legs and arms will feel stronger and help you be more successful in all your other fitness classes or endeavours.

INTRO SESSIONS

We are slowly launching Pilates Reformer classes at the Fitness Room as a Premium service.


Join our series of 4-week introductory packages led by Certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Apprentice Sara Mader. These small group sessions (maximum of 4 participants) focus on technique and mastering the use of the Reformer.


Eventually we will slowly add class times to our schedule and launch a special Fitness Room Reformer Class Pass for those who want to attend classes.

Sara Anne Mader is a seasoned Pilates Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation Guide, with a deep commitment to using movement, mindfulness, and breath as transformative tools. As a certified Pilates mat instructor and Reformer apprentice, she combines her expertise to guide individuals back to the essence of their bodies, helping them discover strength, balance, and flexibility. Through her work, Sara fosters a mindful approach to movement, inviting participants to connect with their bodies in a way that is both healing and empowering.

This Pilates inspired, small group class series uses the Pilates Reformer as a vehicle to create a workout that is low impact, low stress, yet strengthening, lengthening & a full body workout.


Our exercises are rooted in the essence of Pilates work & Contrology with a contemporary twist that allows all fitness level to get a great workout.
