We are excited to have you join this community, and our mission is to set our members up for success, ensuring they have the best fitness experience possible.


  • HOW DO I SIGN UP?

    We are a cash free studio, so please go on the website or download the FITNESS ROOM app and book your classes before coming to class.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes! We have large parking lot where you can park in any spot marked "Fitness Room Reserved" or in any unmarked space. If the parking lot is full there is a second parking lot to the left side of the building. 

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    Just you in your workout clothes (indoor shoes for Spin & Strength).  You can also bring a water bottle or you can purchase water for $2. Please do not wear outdoor shoes in the studio.

  • What time should I arrive to class?

    Doors will open 15 minutes prior to each class (not earlier, to ensure we have time to set up appropriately for every session and provide the best experience). Arriving 10 mins early is ideal.

  • Do you provide spin shoes?

    We do not provide spin shoes. You can wear standard running or cross-training sneakers for spin class, or you may bring your own indoor cycling shoes, as there is a clip-in option available (SPD clips).

  • How does the waitlist work?

    Our wailtist moves quickly, so treat your waitlisted classes like reservations and remove yourself if you can’t commit. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 5 hour cancellation window. Any cancellations less than 5 hours before class start time will be deemed a "late cancel" and will result in a $12 +tax cancellation fee.


    No-shows will be charged $15+tax or the loss of a class on your pass.


    In case of emergency (medical for example), cancel the class and email help@thefitnessroom.ca to request the fee be waived.



  • What to do in a storm or bad weather?

    Check the App or website before leaving for class to make sure your class is still a go! We will delete the class off the app if it is cancelled and send out an email.

  • Important Cell phone policy

    We ask people to try to unplug and be in moment by leaving their cell phones off. This allows all class participants to enjoy an optimal experience. 

  • Please protect the vibe

    We love to chat, laugh, and connect with our community, but once class starts we ask that you keep side conversations to a minimum, as it is very distracting to the instructor and other members. Let's protect the vibe in the room.
