We have two rooms: the main ROOM for Pilates, Barre, and Strength Training, and our Spin ROOM for the ultimate boutique Spin experience (complete with a disco ball). Our Space is simple, open, and clean, featuring showers and free parking. We want you to clear your mind and move your body.

I only joined The Fitness Room a few months ago, but since day 1 they welcomed me with open arms. The instructors are amazing. They know their stuff and they love to have fun. The other members are non-judgemental and encouraging. My only regret is I didn’t join sooner!
