Our Pilates Mat class is a mind-body workout that focuses on your ABCs (ARMS/BOOTY/CORE). Feel the burn with this 45 minute strengthening and lengthening mat based workout.
We use a variety of props (small weights, circles & bands) to strengthen your core, glutes, legs and upper body.
This workout will leave you feeling strong and elongated (with improved posture and body awareness).
Light Weights + Full Body + Sculpt + Tone
The Pilates Mix is inspired by Pilates principles and incorporates exercises from various workout modalities, including Barre, Stretching & Conditioning. A twist on our Pilates Mat class.
The Pilates Mix is here to make you stronger, more flexible/mobile, connected and maybe a little bit sweaty.
This class is set to music, with a playlist that is sometimes upbeat and other times chill, but all curated with your state of mind as priority. Let’s rejuvenate the mind and body connection!
We call this a "cortisol-conscious" workout, because the intensity is set to a level that is challenging, but not high-intensity.
Low Impact options, Full Body Conditioning, Light Weights.
Barre to the beat is a 45 minute full-body ballet inspired conditioning workout (no dance experience or grace required). Your muscles will be burning as your body moves to the beat of the upbeat playlist.
We use the Ballet Barre and a variety of bands and light weights to create a full-body workout, that will make you sweat.
Barre to the beat is a great low impact way to feel the booty burn, work your legs and strengthen your core and upper body.
RECOVERY MODE: CANDLELIT YOGA
Join us for a mindful sequence of 5-10 seated or reclined postures with the intention of helping you slow down and stretch passively with the support of props. This candlelit restorative practice is suitable for all levels of yoga. Please bring your desired props to class. We recommend a couple of pillows and blanket to support your postures during practice. This is a gentle practice meant to support relaxation in the body and help to quiet the mind.
