This 2 day training course allows individuals to create the ultimate group fitness experience in any room by learning/teaching our signature resistance training workout:

This format allows instructors to coach proper
exercise technique

music (Tempo Training), as well as
motivational coaching
to enhance the class experience. You will learn our signature class template to create the
ULTIMATE group fitness experience wherever you go.
