BARRE SET UP

CLASS CAPACITY: 20

SET UP:

  • 7-8 on the wall spread out as best as possible.
  • 4 by the mirror.
  • 8 in the middle (2 barres in the centre).
  • If class is less than 12 people do not use the middle barre, otherwise always set up the middle Barre.

STRENGTH

CLASS CAPACITY: 20 (22 with no benches).

SET UP:

  • 3 rows and vertical mats for class over 12 people.
  • Instruct members to place weight at the back of the mat so isles & front of mat is clear.
  • If using benches coach members during all transitions (see video below).
